We are delighted that you are considering exhibiting at Scotland’s Speciality Food Show – it is a unique event at Scotland’s premier exhibition venue, the SEC in Glasgow. We pride ourselves in doing everything we can to help make the exhibition a success for our exhibitors and to ensure their participation is a smooth and rewarding experience. We welcome returning companies and new alike, whether they are well-established or brand new to the business.

What is available?

Two types of stand are available; a Shell Scheme stand or a Space Only stand.

Shell Scheme

The most common form of stand fitting offering an inclusive ready-to-go system. The cost includes stand walls, fascia, nameboard, lighting (1x5ft fluorescent light), carpet, Show Guide entry & website listing.

Space Package

Exhibition floor space for companies wishing to take over 20m2 who have their own stand and lighting systems. Carpet is included on Space Package stands as standard as well as Show Guide entry & website listing.

Launch Gallery

Traditional Shell Scheme - This is for selected brand new Launch Gallery companies and is a heavier build of stock wall panels painted cream and finished with a black fascia. This comes with spot lighting, carpet, nameboard Show Guide entry & website listing.

Stand Layout

The Stands are laid out in blocks to ensure a good flow of visitors through the show and that all visitors get to all stands. 


Once you have confirmed your participation in Scotland’s Speciality Food Show, you will benefit from a multi-disciplined promotion campaign targeting circa 20,000 named buyers in Scotland, Northern England and overseas via printed, electronic or web-based promotions.

Your company will appear in the Exhibitor Listing of this site and you are welcome to submit pictures of your products to be included in our marketing material. 

You will be included in the Exhibitor Directory which is distributed at the show to all registered buyers and also in our comprehensive online Exhibitor List which stays live for 9 months after the event.

The show benefits from advertising in the key trade magazine titles serving the gift and fashion industries as well as from a PR campaign to secure editorial in the main gift magazine titles and press.
