TOP FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCERS LAUNCHING 2018 RANGES AT SCOTLAND’S SPECIALITY FOOD SHOW

Ten days to go until Scotland’s Speciality Food Show opens on 21 January as one of the best shows yet with a huge and diverse range of exhibitors. With many innovative new drinks producers, and speciality food manufacturers unveiling their 2018 retail and wholesale ranges, the Show is not to be missed by any fine food retailer, or catering establishment in Scotland and the north.
New exhibitors to the Show account for over a third of all stands and visitors will be in awe of the huge range and quality of products to taste and view. The Best Product Awards judged on Sun 21 at 9am will be more visible with a new layout allowing the ‘best in Show’, as judged by industry experts Graeme Cheevers, Martin Wishart’s Head Chef, Mhairi Taylor from Byzique, Jamie Landale from Crieff Food Company and Speciality Food magazine editor Holly Shackleton.
The Seminar theatre will be offering informative and valuable tips for retailers throughout the three days on all topics from social media, digital marketing, Trip Advisor, making your own promotional videos to provenance and food trends for 2018, Brexit and retail and many more relevant themes.
