You will see 170 quality, Scottish and UK exhibitors. In the middle of the show is the Launch Gallery for new and emerging young companies.
SSFS is a trade only show, which means that you need to be able to prove you are a part of the retail trade. Exhibitors have a 'minimum order' policy and will not sell to members of the public. Visitors come to the show to place orders, no products are sold there.
Spot checks for proof of trade will be in operation. You should have proof of trade on you - which can include a business card or a company cheque book.
Registration for Scotland's Speciality Food Show 2019 will open around 3 months before the show. If you have any queries in the meantime please get in touch.
You will be able to register colleagues on the registration page of the website by clicking the ‘Register a Colleague’ link once you get to the end of your registration.
If you pre-register prior to the show entry to the show is free. For those who have not pre-registered there will be an onsite registration fee of £10.
When you register for the show you will automatically be sent a link to a voucher. Print this off and bring it along and pop it under one of the scanners and your badge will be printed in a jiffy. It's not a problem if you forget your voucher, just ask one of the staff to look up your booking and they can print one out on site.
The exhibition is not a suitable environment for young children, however we understand that occasionally you have no choice in which event children will be admitted entry but should not be registered. There are baby changing and feeding facilities at the SEC but please be aware that we have no facilities in the show specifically for children.
There are 1600 car parking spaces available in the multi-storey car park located on the east end of the site. For further information and prices for the multi-storey car park please click here. Please be aware that there are many cheaper options for parking near the SEC.

The organisers of SSFS regret that they are not able to send out letters of invitation for visitors from overseas in order to help them secure visas. If your business is relevant to SSFS you will be able to prove this to the British Embassy in your country by providing proof of your employment and the nature of your employer’s business. Please DO NOT contact the organisers as all requests for letters of invitation will be denied.
