At Puddledub, provenance is everthing. Unlike other butchers, we breed and rear our own pigs. We grow beans, rye, barely and wheat in our fields to provide their feed and straw for their bedding. We also have our own smokehouse, butchery and cooking room to smoke, curing and prepare your award winning Puddledub products. It's all done by us so we know and look after every stage of the process to ensure great tasting pork with provenance you can trust.
Puddledub's Smoked bacon is an award winning dry cured bacon. Available in back and middle cuts, this is our best selling bacon.
