We use high quality natural ingredients, with no gums, artificial flavourings or colourings, and we combine these pure, clean flavours with our own pasteurised organic milk and lots of cream to create a rich, luxurious ice cream that’s bursting with flavour. All of our flavours are suitable for vegetarians and most are gluten free.
Gooseberry & Elderflower ice cream. Chefs love it. Refreshingly light and with such a wonderful summery flavour. Originally made as a 'seasonal special', this recipe proved to be so popular it is available all year round. Gingerbread - Flavoured with sticky treacle, tangy crystallised stem ginger and cinnamon, evoking all the flavour and warmth of a traditional gingerbread.
