We are delighted that you are considering exhibiting at Scotland’s Speciality Food Show – it is a unique event at Scotland’s premier exhibition venue, the SECC in Glasgow. We pride ourselves in doing everything we can to help make the exhibition a success for our exhibitors and to ensure their participation is a smooth and rewarding experience. We welcome returning companies and new alike, whether they are well-established or brand new to the business.

What you get and how much it costs

Two types of stand are available for booking: a Shell Scheme stand or a Space Only stand.
Shell Scheme stand – this is the most common form of stand fitting offering an inclusive ready-to-go system. The cost includes white walls, fascia, name panel, lighting (1x5ft fluorescent light per 5 linear metres of frontage).
Space Only stand – Exhibition floor space for companies wishing to take over 20m2 who have their own stand and lighting systems.

Stand Layout

The Stands are laid out in blocks to ensure a good flow of visitors through the show and that all visitors get to all stands.

Promotion

Once you have confirmed your participation in Scotland’s Speciality Food Show, you will benefit from a multi-disciplined promotion campaign targeting 5,000 buyers in Scotland and Northern England via printed, electronic or web-based promotions.
You will benefit from exposure on the Exhibitor Listings of this site as well as from the opportunity for pictures of your product to be included in our print, electronic and web-based promotional items.
You will be included into our Buyers’ Preview and Show guides which are sent beforehand or distributed at the show to all registered buyers.
The show benefits from advertising in the key food trade magazine titles as well as from a PR campaign to secure editorial in the main gift magazine titles and press.

Enthusiastic mood at both Trade and Food Shows

Retailers who attended both the Trade Show and Food Shows said they were positive shows with enthusiastic moods from the exhibitors. There was a massive selection of innovative, original products on offer and they enjoyed seeing so many new companies and new products.
