Welcome to Scotland’s Speciality Food Show 2014. The show brings together 130 exhibitors offering the very best fine food products from Scotland, UK and overseas. The fair regularly attracts a thousand buyers from delicatessens, farm shops, speciality food retailers and food halls as well as providing an opportunity for gift shops to purchase food and drink products to complement their ranges sourced from the gift fair.
 

The show is located and run concurrently with Scotland's Trade Fair in Hall 4 of the SECC in Glasgow.

This is Scotland’s oldest and largest trade event servicing all kinds of gift buyers from Scotland and the north of England.

With a wide variety of products including gift food, bakery, cheese, cooked and cured meats, chutneys, preserves, oil and vinegars, herbs and spices, confectionery, tea and coffee, beers, spirits and cordials, the fair is a must attend showcase for the speciality and gift food retailer.

Scotland's Speciality Food Show is managed by Springboard Events Ltd on behalf of Clarion Events Ltd.

Scotland's Trade Fair, Spring 2014

The show coincides with Scotland's Trade Fair Spring show, offering exhibitors the added attraction of over 5000 gift buyers, many of whom stock gift food and drink products in their outlets. This is an added bonus for all speciality food and drink producers seeking fresh markets.

New Layout

There is a brand new layout for 2013, click here to see the 2013 plan. You will notice that we have divided the show into three sections with things for your home on left hand side, clothing, jewellery etc on the right hand side and food at the back of the hall. In addition the front section comprises all the Scottish companies and the Launch Gallery will run right down the centre of the hall and into food on the main aisle as you walk in.

Seminar Theatre

We are excited to announce that we will now have a Seminar Theatre throughout the show. Situated in the exhibition hall there will be a complimentary seminar programme ran in collaboration with leading figures in the industry which will provide visitors with informative and inspiring topics. Our speakers are Fergus Ewing MSP, Isabel Martinson, Mike Cantlay, Alan Dickson & Gavin Sheppard.

 

LAUNCH GALLERY

We are pleased to announce that for the first time we will have a Launch Gallery for Scotland's Speciality Food Show. Our Launch Gallery showcases the best new and emerging companies in one central location. Companies are chosen for their original ideas, commercial appeal and design of their products. In the new layout this will be positioned through the centre of the show.

 

TRADE SHOW

The show offers visitors over 400 companies offering the very best products from Scotland, UK and overseas. Over 5000 buyers come from department stores, multiples, mail-order and online, tourist attractions and independent retail outlets to visit the show over the course of 3 days to source Scottish made and Scottish themed products.
