Scotlands Speciality Food Show is a joint venture between The Guild of Fine Food and Clarion Events.

The show is organised by The Guild of Fine Food and Springboard Events.

The Guild is the umbrella organiation serving the speciality food and drink markets with leading interests in the sector such as Fine Food Digest, The renowned Great Taste Awards and the Harrogate Speciality Food Show, Springboard Events is one of Scotlands leading exhibition organising companies and organises Scotland's Spring and Autumn Trade Shows as well Scotland's Speciality Food Show.

This dynamic management approach allows the show to benefit from not only skilled organisation and marketing but also the considerable resources lent to the event by The Guild of Fine Food.  

  Scotland's Speciality Food Show has become the absolute 'must visit' event for fine food retailers, gift food buyers, caterers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs wholesalers and distributors interested in talking business with the largest selection of speciality food and drink producers at any dedicated Scottish trade event.
